Born and raised right here in Niseko, Kazuto is as local as they come. Having grown up skiing and snowboarding on these mountains, he knows every hidden corner and powder pocket by heart. After spending a few years in New Zealand and Australia, he now teaches both skiing and snowboarding in fluent English — from first-timers to seasoned riders looking to fine-tune their skills.

Kazuto loves sharing his connection with the mountain, guiding guests to his favourite spots for those unforgettable Niseko moments. When he’s not on the slopes, you’ll often find him wandering through the forests or foraging for mushrooms — always happiest when he’s out in nature. His approach to hospitality is simple: “Sharing the joy of moments in nature.” And when it comes to teaching, his motto says it all — “Find Better Ideas Together.”
