FAR EAST SNOWSPORTS

RECRUITMENT

Lead the Shift.

Be the Difference.

VALUE 1

Challenging the Industry Norm

OPEN CLOSE
The snowsports industry is changing fast, but it is easy to get stuck in old ways of thinking.
At Far East Snowsports, we think it’s time for a shift. We believe the real value comes from instructors who build real, meaningful relationships with their guests — the kind that inspires a love and passion for the mountains that lasts a lifetime. We are seeking instructors with an open-mindset, that can think critically and independently, and are ready to challenge the traditional ways of doing things. If you’re someone who cares about your guests experience and strives to work beyond the industry standard, not just follow the norm, we want to hear from you.

VALUE 2

Building a Platform For Impact

OPEN CLOSE
At Far East Snowsports, we’re building more than just a snowsports school — we’re creating a platform for growth. We offer a wide range of workshops and support, from technical on-snow training to wellness, media, and business development, because we believe in nurturing well-rounded instructors.
But real growth only happens when instructors bring their own drive and initiative. We’re looking for independent thinkers — instructors who don’t wait to be told what to do, but come to us with ideas, take ownership of their development, and find creative ways to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
If you’ve got a concept that sparks positive change, we’ll do what we can to help bring it to life. We’re here to support those who are ready to lead, not follow.

VALUE 3

Excellence Takes Commitment

OPEN CLOSE
Creating amazing guest experiences starts with instructors who are willing to do things differently. But reaching that level of excellence takes real time, energy, and a strong commitment to personal growth.
At Far East Snowsports, we support instructors who are ready to take on this challenge. That means putting in the work — not just physically on the mountain, but also behind the scenes. As an independent instructor, there’s a level of personal responsibility that goes beyond teaching. You’ll need to manage tasks like invoicing, scheduling, guest communication, and staying organized — the kind of admin work often handled for you in bigger schools.
This role requires maturity and the willingness to invest time into your own professional development. That could mean pursuing advanced certifications, learning the mountain and the area in your free time before taking guests, attending workshops, or upgrading your gear. It also means building emotional intelligence, refining your communication, and developing a business mindset.
To truly grow, instructors need to stay open-minded and be willing to challenge the way things have always been done — both in the industry, and within themselves.

VALUE 4

It’s a journey, Not a Destination

OPEN CLOSE
The journey doesn’t stop. The most impactful instructors are those with a mindset of ongoing growth—constantly learning, refining, actively listening to peers, networking and elevating their craft.

At FAR EAST SNOWSPORTS, we’re equally committed to supporting the instructors that are committed to never-ending pursuit of excellence. This pursuit, however, is not without its challenges. It demands sustained emotional resilience, the ability to manage the stress of constant challenges— at times it’s physical, at times it’s financial or it could be emotional, and the tenacity to stick to your path. This is a long-term dedication, requiring unwavering commitment and perseverance, and a willingness to operate within the team that values your commitment to make this job your real job.
