Ryu has the most decorated ski bum career, he has spent seasons in Niseko, Canada, Alaska and living out of a van the whole time, just skiing everyday till he ran out of money. It was then he started his instructing career which made him realise how much fun it is to share his tremendous passion for skiing. Since then he’s started a family and finally decided to stop living out of a van– he bought an old house and enjoys life in the nature of Niseko with his family. Skiing with this true ski love makes everybody love skiing without reasons.
