Sport has always been the driving force in Samuel’s life. He’s played and coached a wide range of disciplines, but snowboarding and skiing are where he truly feels at home.

Thanks to his Swiss mother, Samuel was introduced to the snow at an early age — and ever since, nothing has matched the thrill of floating through fresh powder on his board. That passion has now brought him to Japan, the spiritual home of powder, where he’s eager to keep growing as both a coach and an athlete.

Before the mountains took over, American Football was his first great love. And that’s where his coaching journey began. With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Samuel also works as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach, helping athletes reach their potential both on and off the field.

Now, he’s ready to bring that same energy to the snowy slopes, sharing his passion and creating unforgettable days in Japow.
